Yes. Un-claim returns the listing to public view without deleting the underlying directory record. Full deletion of a publicly operating business is not supported. If your business is closed or sold, mark it as such in the app and it is updated accordingly.

Only what is public. Address, phone, hours, categories, reviews, photos that exist on the open web. We never scrape sensitive data, access your books, or touch anything that requires authentication. That all gets added later only if you upgrade to Autopilot and connect integrations yourself.

No. Operator is completely independent from Google Business Profile. You still manage Google separately. If you connect Google via OAuth we will read review data to display in Operator, but we never modify your Google listing.
